虽是初夏时节，但天气却是闷热得很。太阳毒辣的照着大地，晒得我有些晕。而在这火辣的夏天里，何不去湖边走走呢？
到了湖边，顿时感到有迎面的水汽扑来，使我倍感清凉。清风吹着我额前细碎的刘海，一阵一阵的痒。灌满我的衣兜，将上衣吹得鼓鼓的。嗅一嗅，便能发现微风中充满了青草的香味。还能听到风吹着青草的簌簌声。深蓝色的湖面上也因起风而泛起了点点涟漪，不禁感叹，这么好的湖水，为何没了荷花呢？若荷花还在，便能欣赏到它悄然绽放的样子了吧，或许，还能有幸闻到它那淡淡的沁人心脾的香味了吧。
湖边堆满了圆润的巨石，我和小馨馨就坐在那形态各异的巨石上有一搭没一搭的闲聊着，还不时地向湖水中投掷一些小石子，不知为何，倒觉得这样十分有趣。
不由得抬头痴痴的仰望那碧蓝如水的天空，竟没有一丝云彩，只是偶尔有几只小燕子轻盈的飞过。目光一不小心触及到了那耀眼的太阳，顿时觉得双眸有一种好似要被焚烧起来的灼痛感，让我迅速的微微眯缝起了那已经被双手捂住的眼睛。
闲暇的漫步，漫步在石子路上，不由得觉得好像缺少点什么似的，而这种感觉却久久，挥之不去······或许是因为，没能听到那宛如从天而降的阵阵寂寥而又忧伤的笛声吧;或许是没见到那接天莲叶无穷碧的荷花吧;又或许······
夕阳如血一般的滴进了湖水中，颇有一道残阳铺水中，半江瑟瑟半江红的意味，可这也预示着我要回去了，那么，就让我再看一看它吧。于是，在灿烂的夕阳的照耀下，我回眸深深的的望了一眼这让我一直深深喜爱着的湖水。
